If you need to return your watch for service, please refer to the instructions in your Owners Manual.
In general, you’ll need to pack it up carefully and ship it to:

Please be sure to send an email to [email protected] to alert us of the return!
In most cases we will be able to repair your watch and return it to you within 1-2 weeks. If for some reason it needs extensive repairs, it might need to be returned to the factory in Switzerland, and in these rare cases, the watch might be in our hands as long as 6 weeks. |
